The city requests that the Special Magistrate find:
- That a nuisance condition exists in violation of the Code of Ordinances and that such nuisance conditions poses a threat to the public heath, safety and welfare of the community; and
- That the nuisance be addressed through the City's Nuisance Abatement program.
- The violator(s) be given until December 11, 2024 to:

- Failure to comply by the date ordered will result in:
