SUBJECT:
Approval of Change Order No. 4 to General Contractor Services-Highway Museum in an amount not to exceed $37,081.80 for the City of Fort Pierce Florida Highwaymen Museum renovation project.
SUMMARY:
The costs are in accordance with the Contract Drawings dated January 22, 2024, as well as, but not limited to, new tile flooring, ceiling tiles, partitions, toilet accessories (trash receptacles, grab bars, mirrors, etc.), vinyl wall coverings. It is recommended to provide an all-encompassing renovation of the bathroom since the remaining interior spaces of the building are being modified.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of Changer Order No. 1 to General Contractor Services-Highway Museum in an amount not to exceed $37,081.80 to renovate the first floor men's and women's restrooms.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA Board.
