RECOMMENDATION:

The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, that the following be ordered:
  1. The violator(s) be given until February 15, 2025 to
    • Repair or replace signs that are faded or in disrepair for businesses and on the building. Replace missing signs with a blank-faced sign.
    • Remove all loose items from outside the building and parking lots.
    • Repair potholes in the parking lot.
    • Repair the areas of the building where cement has been damaged on the second floor, and any other areas of the building and stairwells.
    • Ensure each unit has address numbers displayed.
    • Obtain any necessary permits and comply with all permit conditions.
  2. Failure to comply by the date ordered will result in a fine of $250.00 per day being assessed.
