SUBJECT:
Wind Retro-fit Grant Presentation. Use of funds provided by Florida Division of Emergency Management Hazard Mitigation.
SUMMARY:
In 2006, after the City incurred damages from the 2004-2005 hurricanes, we applied to the Florida Division of Emergency Management for funding to install impact resistant glass on windows and doors of City owned buildings. The funding was approved in 2010. The project was completed in 2015 and the City has requested close out of this grant.
At this time, staff would like to present to the City Commission information on how the funds were used and to provide pictures of the buildings where windows and doors were installed.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation is for City Commission to view this presentation.
