SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing-Ordinance 25-007, Amending Chapter 103, Article IX - Buildings and Building Regulations, Providing for Public Access to the International Property Maintenance Code. SECOND READING
SUMMARY:
Ordinance proposes amendments to the applicable provisions of the International Property Maintenance Code to provide one copy of such Code shall be filed in the office of the Building Department and shall be available for inspection by the public during business hours.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of Proposed Ordinance 25-007, Amending Chapter 103 - Buildings and Building Regulations, Article IX.

Do not approve at this time.
