SUBJECT:

Approval of Change Order No. 12 for General Contractor Services, Journey C & D Group, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $45,654.20 for the City of Fort Pierce Florida Highwaymen Museum renovation project to correct the parking lot elevation to prevent water intrusion.

SUMMARY:

The proposed change involves re configuring the parking lot at 1234 Avenue D to prevent water intrusion into the first floor and to install new asphalt.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval of Change Order No. 12 to General Contractor Services for the Highway Museum, in an amount not to exceed $45,654.20, to cover parking lot drainage and new asphalt.

ALTERNATIVES:

Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA Board.
