SUBJECT:
ITEM 13b HEARD AS ITEM 10d Resolution 25-R14 approving the First Addendum to the Lease Agreement for the Little Jim Property to allow for month-to-month occupancy and operation by the Lessee upon expiration of the Lease Agreement.
SUMMARY:
The Lease Agreement for the Little Jim Property is set to expire February 28, 2025. The proposed Addendum will allow the Lessee to continue to occupy the property on a month-to-month basis. The City has agreed to provide the Lessee 90 days’ notice for termination of the month-to-month status instead of the legally required 30 days’ notice. The Addendum also includes language to disallow the Lessee to make any changes to the property whatsoever and allow for termination if changes to the property are made by the Lessee.
