SUBJECT:
Approval of improvements at the Old Library site in the amount of $12,942.50 for the construction of a fence and sod replacement.
SUMMARY:
The Public Works Department seeks the procurement of materials to construct a fence and replace the sod at the above referenced location. This project will enhance the appearance of this site, prevent vehicular traffic/parking and provide an area that could be used for events or as a passive park.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Public Works Department recommends approving the purchase of the requested materials.

Leave area as-is.
