MBV Engineering, Inc., on behalf of Bev Smith Kia Dealership of Fort Pierce proposes to construct a new Kia automobile dealership on their 9.63-acre parcel located at 5560 S. US Hwy. 1 in Fort Pierce. The new dealership will consist of a new 40,791 sq. ft. Kia automobile dealership with associated parking lot for inventory. The parcel ID for the location is 3403-502-0302-000-4.
