Approval of expenditure for annual renewal for Egnyte Inc, Mountain View, CA in the amount not to exceed $89,880.

SUMMARY:

Egnyte, Inc. is a single-source vendor that provides secure, compliant data management with advanced file security for the Information Technology Operations Management division.

Egnyte Inc. currently provides access controls and regulatory compliance features critical for safeguarding sensitive documents. This renewal will be for a term of one year, 2025 through 2026, and will keep the City of Fort Pierce maintaining legal standards. Annual services start from January 2025 through January 2026.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve annual renewal for Egnyte, Inc in the amount not to exceed $89,880.
