SUBJECT:
Approval of Brothers Construction, Inc. Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $10,388.90 providing compensation for additional work completed during the construction of the Melody lane Fishing Pier.
SUMMARY:
Additional utility construction had to be completed in order to provide water and sewer service to the new fish cleaning table. The work performed is detailed in the attached change order.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.

FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding of $4,574.00 was previously budgeted as part of the City's FIND Grant match with funding coming from Park Impact Fees and Park MSTU Funds. The remaining $5,426.00 was not budgeted and additional funds are requested from the Park Impact Fees and the Park MSTU Funds.
