RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 30 days to:
- Clean off the fence lines.
- Trim hedges to 4 feet tall.
- Remove outside storage.
- Repair the driveway.
- Paint the discolored wall.
- Failure to comply by the date ordered will result in a fine of $250.00 per day being assessed.
