RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 30 days to:
- Bring in the loose items from the yard.
- Obtain a permit to repair and/or replace the siding on the home.
- Paint where it is peeling and discoloring.
- Obtain a permit to replace the missing shingles and damaged fascia boards.
- Failure to comply by the date ordered will result in a fine of $250.00 per day being assessed.
