SUBJECT:
Approval of Change Order 1 for Specific Authorization 7 to EDC, Inc. in the amount of $4,800.00 To complete design services for Avenue D from US 1 to Indian River Drive to reflect citizen input and design changes.
SUMMARY:
RFQ 2019-027 Specific Authorization No. 7 was issued in 2021 to EDC for professional design services for Avenue D from US 1 to Indian River Drive. The design needs to be revised due to citizen comments and to accommodate the new design for the Indian River Drive project. The city coordinated with EDC for a Change Order to complete the design. This Change Order was presented to the City Commission for their approval on April 7, 2025.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approving Change Order 1 to Specific Authorization 7 for the completion of the design of Avenue D from US 1 to Indian River Drive.
