Site Plan & Design Review - Cumberland Farms - 2009 S. 35th Street

SUBJECT:

Review and approval of a Site Plan and Design Plan submitted by Thomas Engineering Group, LLC to construct a Cumberland Farms convenience store and fueling station at 2009 S 35th Street.   Property is zoned C-3, General Commercial.  (Parcel ID 2417-343-0005-000-5).

SUMMARY:

The property owner, Cumberland Farms, Inc., is proposing to construct a Cumberland Farms location with fuel pumps at 2009 S. 35th Street. This property is zoned C-3, General Commercial with an underlying future land use of GC, General Commercial.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends that the Planning Board forward a recommendation of approval to the City Commission to approve the Site Plan and Design Review application.

ALTERNATIVES:

Approve with conditions.
