RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 10 days to:
- Repair all deteriorated window frames and doors throughout the house.
- Repair all rotten wood located throughout the house.
- Obtain any necessary permits and comply with all permit conditions. If you have any questions, please contact the building department at 772-467-3718.
- Failure to comply by the date ordered will result in a fine of $100.00 per day being assessed.
