Approval to award Bid No. 2025-020 for FPRA Properties Lawn Mowing and Maintenance Services to the second-lowest bidder Mow 4 Less in the amount of $42,750.00 annually.
SUMMARY:
Staff issued a Bid for FPRA Properties Lawn Mowing and Maintenance Services. The Bid was advertised on February 12 and February 19, 2025.
Only three (3) submissions were deemed responsive by the deadline of March 13, 2025. Upon review, the decision to award to Mow 4 Less was due to having a complete Bid packet, the annual cost, references confirming their professionalism and great work experience.
