Award for Realtor Services RFP 2016-012
SUMMARY:
At the January 20, 2016, CRA Advisory Committee meeting, the committee reviewed and ranked the proposals. In addition to their recommendation to award the RFP to the highest ranking firm, the Committee also requested that the agreement includes monthly reports. The CRA Advisory Committee reflected this is the most responsive and most qualified applicant.
It should be noted, that Mr. Hoyt Murphy, as a member of the CRA Advisory Committee, recused himself from the voting of the RFP. His form is attached to the package.

Award the RFP to Coldwell Banker, the highest ranked proposal.
