SUBJECT:
Approve award of Bid No. 2025-030 for CDBG Residential Rehabilitation for 2708 Avenue H Fort Pierce, FL to KIB Construction Corp. in an amount not to exceed $53,445.00.
SUMMARY:
The Grants Division has partnered with the Purchasing Division to solicit bids for the following: CDBG Residential Rehabilitation, 2708 Avenue H, Fort Pierce, FL. The invitation was sent to 614 vendors. Eleven (11) vendors requested specifications with two (2) responding (18.18%) plus 0 “NoBid” (18.18% total response).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the approval to KIB Construction Corp, Inc in the amount not to exceed $53,445.00.
