RECOMMENDATION:

The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, that the following be ordered:
  1. The violator(s) be given 7 days to:
    • Remove the dilapidated motor home from the property.
    • Bring in or remove all indoor-styled furniture from the yard.
    • Remove all loose items from the yard.
    • Remove items from open trailers to an enclosed area.
  2. Failure to comply by the date ordered will result in a fine of $250.00 per day being assessed.
