SUBJECT:

Resolution 25-R54 approving the City of Fort Pierce Local Housing Assistance Program (LHAP) Amendment for the 2024-2027 report.

SUMMARY:

The City of Fort Pierce - Grants Division seeks to amend the current Local Housing Assistance Program (LHAP) report. Updating the amount of Purchase Assistance award amounts from $10,000.00 for moderate-income residents and $15,000.00 for extremely-low and low-income residents to $0 - $45,000.00 for moderate-income residents and $45,001.00 - $50,000.00 for extremely-low and low-income residents.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of the report by the commission for the City of Fort Pierce and the State Housing Initiative Program (SHIP).

ALTERNATIVES:

Staff shall proceed as directed by commission.
