Resolution No. 25-R42 Amending the Rules of Procedure for the Board of Examiners of Contractors
SUMMARY:
Amendments to the Rules of Procedure include:
- Updated code sections due to the recodification of the code and recent amendments in Ordinance 25-018.
- Removed rules that were duplicated by Ordinance.
- Removed the Office of the City Attorney as an Officer of the Board.
- Updated requirements for quorum and voting due to amendments in Ordinance 25-018.
- Amended the rule on appeals and stays.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the Resolution as presented.
