Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 25-019 Amending Chapter 103, Article II "Building Code," Division 2 of the Code of Ordinances Entitled "Building Fees." SECOND READING
SUMMARY:
Proposed Ordinance will provide clarification of requirements and fees for building permit and plan review fees. There are no new fees or increases to fees being proposed.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of proposed Ordinance 25-019 Amending Chapter 103, Article II "Building Code," Division 2 of the Code of Ordinances entitled "Building Fees."

Do not approve at this time.
