The applicant is requesting a minor site plan amendment for the approval of the re-allocation of space within the structure per use.The amendment specifically proposes increasing the designated area for the Quick Serve Coffee Shop to 2,000 square feet, while correspondingly reducing the convenience store area to 4,256 square feet. This internal shift in floor space allocation is intended to reflect evolving operational needs and customer demand. The proposed layout will allow both business functions to operate more efficiently and better serve the public, while remaining entirely within the confines of the already approved structure.
