SUMMARY:
A ‘conditional use: no new construction’ application has been submitted for review, proposing to operate Aspatria College at 1404 S. 28th Street. The two (2) story building offers multiple classroom and training lab options.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff's recommendation is for the Planning Board to move the proposed application type for approval to City Commission with the two (2) conditions:
- Sign permits should be applied for prior to the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy
- A notarized Landscape Maintenance Agreement is due prior to the issuance of CO
ALTERNATIVES:
- Recommend approval with additional and/or modified conditions
- Recommend disapproval
