SUBJECT:

Resolution 25-R49 approving Interlocal Agreement between St. Lucie County and the City of Fort Pierce for the Creation of Anchoring Limitation Areas pursuant to Sections 327.4108 and 163.07, Florida Statutes. 

SUMMARY:

St. Lucie County has set the County's Anchoring Limitation Areas Ordinance for review and approval on July 22, 2025. The Interlocal Agreement outlines the duties and responsibilities of the City and the County related to the Anchoring Limitation Areas. 

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff will proceed as directed.
