SUBJECT:
Approve the Release and Satisfaction of Unity of Title in respect of parcels 2412-501-0123-000-7 (1860 Surfside Drive) & 2412-501-0124-000-4 (1840 Surfside Drive).
SUMMARY:
The owner of the properties recorded a document entitled “Unity of Title Declaration – Corrected for Scrivener’s Error” on November 15, 2024, in Official Records Book 5233, Page 1286, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Owner has requested the City to release the property from the Unity Declaration in connection with Owner’s approved application (Project # PZSUB2025-00002) for a lot split, which seeks to re-establish the properties’ boundaries along their original platted lot lines.
