SUBJECT:
Consideration of Continuation of Fifth (5th) Standard Tesla Vehicle in Freebee Fleet and Approve Execution of a Second Contract Amendment to the Master Service Agreement.
FPRA REDEVELOPMENT GOAL/POLICY:
15. The Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency shall connect the Redevelopment Area’s cultural and artistic Hubs (Downtown, Marina, Fisherman’s’ Wharf, Beachside District, Lincoln Park and Peacock Arts Districts) to the Waterfront’s artistic and cultural amenities.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the FPRA Board approve one of the two options for continuation of the fifth (5th) standard Tesla vehicle and authorize execution of a second contract amendment to the Master Service Agreement.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny both options, resulting in the Freebee fleet reverting back to four (4) standard Tesla vehicles at the close of the current fiscal year.
