SUBJECT:
Resolution 26-R04 accepting returns of Special Run-Off Election
SUMMARY:
Section 67(2) of the City Charter provides that at the first regular meeting of the City Commission after any special or referendum election the city commission shall adopt shall adopt a resolution accepting the returns as provided by the County Supervisor of Elections to the City Clerk declaring the outcome of the election.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the resolution
