SUBJECT:
Approval of a Land Use Agreement between Saint Lucie County and the City of Fort Pierce for the use of County-owned property located at 435 N. 7th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida on February 20, 2026, for event staging, and on February 21, 2026, for the 9th Annual Highwaymen Heritage Trail Art Show and Festival.
SUMMARY:
This agreement pertains to the City of Fort Pierce’s annual Highwaymen event, allowing use of the property located at 435 N. 7th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 34950 at no cost to the City of Fort Pierce.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Grants Division recommends approval of the Land Use agreement.

Request a submittal of the agreement or provide any updates, as applicable.
