SUBJECT:
Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the continuing services contract with Consor North America, Inc., RFQ No. 2025-022 to clarify "professional services", to allow for surveying services to be contracted, as well as engineering services.
SUMMARY:
This amendment is for a clarification of "Professional Services", to allow for surveying services to be contracted, as well as engineering services.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that this Amendment be signed in to agreement so that City improvement projects can move forward with surveying projects.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny and initiate a separate RFQ for surveying services.
