SUBJECT:
Ordinance 16-006 - Right-of-way abandonment submitted by TMH, LLC to abandon land immediately adjacent to 401 S. Indian River Drive. (Parcel ID 2410-808-0017-000-7).
SUMMARY:
The applicant is requesting the public right-of-way abandonment of land immediately adjacent to 401 South Indian River Drive.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Commission approve the abandonment of the public right-of-way.
