SUMMARY:
Staff is requesting the approval of a voluntary annexation application for a parcel located at 3255 S US Hwy 1. This property is currently zoned CG, General Commercial with a COM, Commercial future land use. Once annexed, this property will receive a C3, General Commercial and GC, General Commercial future land use.
