SUMMARY

Site civil expansion of the existing Love’s Travel Stop building. Net building expansion of approximately 1250 sq. ft. resulting in a total building area of 12774 sq. ft. Proposed expansions occur at both the front and rear entrances and consist of enhanced entry vestibules. The future land use is General Commercial (GC) and has a zoning of General Commercial (C-3).
