SUBJECT:
Resolution 26-R32 - Entering an Interlocal Funding Agreement Between the City of Fort Pierce and the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency for the Jetty Park West Improvements Project
SUMMARY:
Resolution 26-R32 approves an Interlocal Funding Agreement between the City and FPRA which establishes the terms under which the FPRA will provide up to $100,000 in redevelopment trust funds to support the design phase of the Jetty Park West Improvements Project. The project, located on South Beach within the FPRA district, includes engineering and surveying services for improved parking, site design, and enhanced public amenities consistent with Jetty Park. The City will serve as the lead agency, managing project design, permitting, and consultant coordination through its existing contract. This effort supports the FPRA Redevelopment Plan by improving public infrastructure, enhancing visitor experience, and promoting economic activity and tourism.
