SUBJECT:
Approval of Culpepper & Terpening's Specific Authorization No. 3 in an amount not to exceed $112,340.00 for the associated professional engineering services of the
S. Depot Drive Corridor improvements.

SUMMARY:
South Depot Drive, between Orange Avenue and Citrus Avenue, is located in the heart of our downtown area and is in dire need of reconstruction to provide a more pedestrian friendly roadway section complete with ADA accessibility upgrades, public parking, street lighting, storm drainage improvements, landscaping, and associated irrigation. This specific authorization provides surveying, engineering design, and permitting services for the S. Depot Drive project along with bidding services questions arise during the construction bidding phase.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.

Deny and contract with another consultant.
