CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Install all missing smoke alarms.
- Heat is required in dwelling facilities; repair the air conditioner/heater.
- Repair or replace the roof where it is damaged and leaking.
- Repair or replace the ceiling where water damage has occurred.
- Repair or replace all broken windows.
- Repair or replace the wood floor where it is damaged.
- Repair or replace the sub-floor where it has sunken in, is rotted or otherwise damaged.
- Repair or replace the plumbing under the kitchen sink.
- Repair or replace the kitchen sink, it is not secure in the cabinet.
- Repair or replace the bathroom sink/vanity, it is loose.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
