CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please remove the White Ford Pickup Truck from driveway. If you wish to maintain a non-operative vehicle on your property it must be kept in a fully enclosed building, such as a garage.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 15 days to remove vehicle from property. If the violation is not corrected within the time given, the City is to take the necessary steps to remedy the violation with the removal of the non-operable vehicle(s) by a tow company on rotation at owner’s expense.
