Approval of Specific Authorization #4 with Culpepper & Terpening for the design, survey, and permitting of the dredging project that is proposed to take place in the Fort Pierce City Marina, Marina Channel, and Moore's Creek boat ramp in an amount not to exceed $33,567.50.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is the recommendation of the Engineering department that the SA#4 be executed as the Fort Pierce City Marina is experiencing sedimentation that is contributing to accessibility issues within these waterways.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny the project continue to experience growing sedimentation issues.
