Quasi-Judicial Hearing to consider a Notice of Appeal of the May 28, 2026 decision of the Planning Board of Adjustment submitted by Ian Osking, Esq. on behalf of Scotty Outdoors, LLC and Bondi Custom Builders denying a height variance for a digital billboard at 1710 N 25th Street.

Appeals are held pursuant to Resolution 20-R19 setting forth Procedures and Rules for Ex Parte Communications.  Pursuant to City Code Sec. 125-108, the city commission shall conduct a public hearing at which time they may affirm, modify, or reverse the board's decision. The decision of the city commission shall constitute final administrative review, and no petition for rehearing or reconsideration shall be considered by the city. Nothing contained herein shall preclude the city commission from seeking additional information prior to rendering a final decision. The decision of the city commission shall be in writing and a copy of the decision shall be forwarded to the board and the appealing party.

Proceed with appeal hearing prusuant to Fort Pierce Code of Ordinances Sec. 125-108.
