SUBJECT:
Approval of Annual Operation and Maintenance Plan Form from the Army Corps of Engineers for Jetty Park.
SUMMARY:
The City has an existing lease agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers concerning the section that comprises the pedestrian walkway, which starts to the west of the Jetty Pier entrance and concludes behind the restaurant at the end of the walkway (for reference, please see the attached map for details). We must submit the attached Annual Plan of Operation and Maintenance Form to the Army Corps of Engineers as part of the required annual compliance reporting. This form requires the signature of the Lessee, and City Staff is seeking approval for the Mayor's signature, which will complete the form for submittal.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval for the Mayor to sign the Annual Plan of Operation and Maintenance Form
