SUBJECT:
Discussion and acceptance of proposal from S. Renée Narloch & Associates to conduct the professional search for the next City Attorney in an amount not to exceed $30,950.00, including expenses.
SUMMARY:
Human Resources solicited Colin Baenziger & Associates; GovHR USA/MGT; and S Renée Narloch & Associates for quotes to conduct a nationwide search for the City of Fort Pierce's next City Attorney. GovHR USA/MGT and S. Renée Narloch & Associates were close, but when you factor in up to 3 onsite meetings, S. Renée Narloch was the lowest bidder. In addition, she performed the most recent search conducted for the City of Fort Pierce's Police Chief position.
RECOMMENDATION:
Accept proposal from S. Renée Narloch & Associates and direct staff to prepare a contract.
