SUBJECT:
Resolution 26-R52 Amending Policies and Procedures for the Infill Lien Reduction Program.
SUMMARY:
Resolution No. 26-R52 amends the eligibility requirements and review process for the Infill Lien Reduction Program Policies and Procedures and establishes provisions for reversion. These amendments are intended to ensure the Program remains consistent with its purpose, objectives, and applicable requirements.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution No. 26-R52 Amending Policies and Procedures for the Infill Lien Reduction Program.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny approval of Resolution No. 26-R52 Amending Policies and Procedures for the Infill Lien Reduction Program and provide direction to staff regarding desired policies and procedures.
