SUBJECT:
Approval of Lincoln Park Mainstreet Inc.'s FY2026 Third Quarter Disbursement in the amount of $12,500 subject to acceptance of the FY2026 Third Quarter Report.
SUMMARY:
The City Commission approved an agreement with Lincoln Park Mainstreet, Inc., originally on March 2, 2026. The agreement provides services supporting the City’s revitalization and economic development initiatives for the period October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $50,000. Quarterly funding of $12,500 is released contingent upon Commission approval; the item before the Commission pertains to the third-quarter allocation.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff will proceed as directed by the City Commission.
ALTERNATIVES:
The Commission can deny the quarterly disbursement, defer the decision, suspend or terminate the agreement.
