The applicant, Lawnwood Medical Center, Inc., the (“Applicant”), is the fee simple owner of the subject parcel demonstrated by the Warranty Deed as recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, FL (ORB. 247, PG. 1047). The Applicant, through its Authorized Agent, Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc., is seeking a Minor Site Plan Amendment for the following:

The proposed improvements consist of upgrades to the hospital's emergency power system to enhance reliability and resiliency. The project includes the installation of a new outdoor emergency generator and associated electrical equipment to replace portions of the existing emergency power infrastructure. A new emergency electrical room will be constructed within the existing building to support the upgraded system. The new generator will be located adjacent to the existing chiller plant and screened to be consistent with existing site features. Work will be completed in multiple phases and coordinated with hospital operations to maintain continuous emergency power service throughout construction. Temporary power measures will be provided as needed during equipment transitions.
