SUBJECT:

Quasi-Judicial Hearing - Application for Minor Site Plan Conditional Use No New Construction has been submitted by the applicant, Agape Preschool Administration, to operate Agape Preschool Academy in the 11,346 stand-alone building, located at 2817 Peters Rd., Fort Pierce, FL. The property is zoned General Commercial, C-3.

SUMMARY:

A minor site plan conditional use; no new construction application has been submitted to operate Agape Preschool Academy. The 11,346 sf building will be utilized to serve children ages 18months through 5 years of age.

The property is in the C-3, General Commercial zoning district and has a future land use designation of GC, General Commercial.
Parcel ID: 2324-311-0005-000-1.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff's recommendation is for the City Commission to approve the conditional use with the two (2) conditions:
  1. Sign permits shall be applied for prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy
  2. A Change of Use application must be approved prior to occupying the building
