Approve the expenditure for the FY 2027 renewal of Microsoft Office 365 licenses and the purchase of Power BI Pro licenses for the Fort Pierce Police Department under Region 4 ESC Contract No. R250307, in an amount not to exceed $53,433.75.

The City Commission previously approved the use of Region 4 Education Service Center (ESC) Contract No. R250307 through a piggyback agreement at its November 3, 2025 meeting. The Region 4 ESC contract provides for a term of October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2028, with two additional two-year renewal periods.
The Fort Pierce Police Department utilizes Microsoft Office 365 to support essential business functions, including productivity, communication, collaboration, and document management. The proposed renewal will provide continued access to the City's existing Microsoft Office 365 licenses for Fiscal Year 2027, as well as Power BI Pro licenses to support data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence needs.
The FY 2027 renewal will be obtained in accordance with the terms, conditions, and pricing established under Region 4 ESC Contract No. R250307. The requested renewal is within the current term of the approved cooperative contract and does not constitute a new piggyback procurement.
