CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

  1. Renting of dwellings for less than six months is not permissible in this district without a conditional use approved by the Fort Pierce City Commission. Please cease all short term rentals immediately.
  2. Please review the procedure for short term rentals on the City of Fort Pierce website at http://www.fortpierce.com/478/Short-Term-Vacation-Rentals.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City of Fort Pierce moves to dismiss the action against Mr. Ted L. Hollander based upon the additional evidence presented at the hearing held on April 6, 2016 and the confirmation of the information provided. This dismissal is without prejudice should additional infractions occur or addition evidence be presented at a later date.
