CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Obtain a permit for framing, drywall and plumbing alterations.
- Repair or replace the air conditioning/heating unit.
- Unclog and ensure functionality of all toilets. Make all necessary repairs.
- Repair or replace all shower/tub faucets and/or handles.
- Replace the kitchen light cover.
- Install faceplates on all electrical outlets without faceplates.
- Repair or replace all broken windows.
- Repair or replace all broken doors and door hardware including entry doors and closet doors.
- Repair all holes in the drywall.
- Repair or replace the ceiling fan that is not securely mounted to the ceiling.
- Repair or replace the stove.
- The house is infested with insects. Have the house property treated. Secure all openings to prevent the entry and harborage of rodents, snakes and other vermin.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
