CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please clean all exterior surfaces including chipping and peeling paint and replace all rotting wood and paint in a workmanlike manner.
- Please remove all outside storage of tires, metal, scrap wood, buckets, bed frame, and any other miscellaneous items from the yard.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $50.00 per day be assessed.
